Surveyor: Uses Total Stations, GPS, and optical levels to measure land boundaries, set reference points, and layout construction grids.
CAD Technician / Draughtsman: Converts engineering plans and architectural concepts into precise 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
Billing & Quantity Estimation Engineer: Prepares BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates material requirements, verifies site measurements, and processes contractor/client bills.
Quality Control (QC) Inspector: Tests raw construction materials (concrete slump, soil compaction, rebar strength) to verify compliance with building codes.
